I am very excited for the 2007 Emmys. Very excited. So many fantastic television shows are nominated, so many of my favorite people are going to be there, television has come so far in my lifetime. E! is doing pre-red carpet coverage, which is horribly boring.

Even though I'm not crazy about Beyonce, I do like her new commercial for Giorgio Armani. Diamonds are definitely a girls best friend. I can't believe Ryan Seacrest is hosting. I really don't like him, I don't know how he made it anywhere in this world. I really liked that other guy who hosted the very first season of American Idol. Whatever happened to him?

Hey, it's Zachary Quinto! AKA Sylar, AKA the new Spock! He's tasty!

And there's TR Knight! He's so adorable. I'm rooting for Grey's Anatomy, not because I watch it but because my Dad's best friend writes for it, and Mark is a good guy.

While I was eating, we saw STEPHEN COLBERT and Al Gore and now they're talking to Filliam H. Muffman, who looks really cute. Stephen was great. He always is. And now it's the other Steven! Steve Carell, man I love him too. His wife is awesome too, she's such a good comedic partner.

Jon Stewart is hosting the Oscars again! I thought they were all just talking about two years ago. Good for him! And now they're talking to Helen Mirren, and she's delightful. Here we go, outstanding drama series. Let's go Heroes......c'mon, even though the sopranos will get it.....damnit they did. Well, it was their last season. They deserved it. Everybody is giving them a standing O. Because everyone loves the sopranos. And with one last jab at Bush (there were so many of them! Hollywood hates the Bush administration!) it's all over.

What a weird selection of winners. Not at all who I would've picked. Damn Tony Bennet. Damn him.
